Patch: Firing of Former Rachel Carson Teacher Affirmed by Maryland School Board

PATCH article at this link:  Daniel Picca was terminated after 17 years with Montgomery County Public Schools, with officials citing numerous incidents of inappropriate conduct with young male students.

  1. Another case will be starting soon regarding a Neelsville Middle School teacher who has been put on "leave" due to inappropriate conduct with a minor.
