MCPS: Leggett Falls Short In Funding Schools

Montgomery County Public Schools Superintendent Joshua Starr said he is disappointed in the County Executive's budget plan.

  1. Ha ha: Barclay realized that the "$75 dollar steak dinner" argument wasn't getting them anywhere, now it's just "36 cents per student per day".
    And he claims they've been "working with " the county council for four or five years?

    Lemme guess: threatening to sue the county council and the citizens of Montgomery County for more money constitutes "working with."
