Question: When did the Board of Education vote to permit this commercial use of public school land?
Answer: They never have!
These cell towers were all constructed without the permission of the land owner, the Board of Education.
For every vendor listed at a school site that signifies a separate company that is on public school grounds 24/7, even during school hours. Are all of the employees of these companies screened before spending time on playgrounds? Do these vendors check in at the front office of the school when they come on to the playgrounds?
