The Washington Post Corrects Itself

The Washington Post has published an article that can best be described as a very long correction. The article provides facts to go with an earlier Washington Post piece on the one and only Montgomery County Charter School.

The Washington Post is now confirming what was first reported here, that the Charter School budget for the 2013-2014 school year will be just shy of $700,000.

The article also confirms what was pointed out here when the original Washington Post article came out: the publicly funded Community Montessori Charter School has been operating for a year without a principal.

However, The Washington Post is still unable to get the name of the one and only MCPS Charter School correct.  The legal name of the school is the Community Montessori Charter School

The legal name of the one and only MCPS Charter School does not contain a religious reference!

The Washington Post:  Crossway Community in Montgomery needs new principal, wants to expand to D.C.
