ReplyDeleteSo Starr is saying that these changes were necessary only because the BOE members were caught misusing the credit cards. If they hadn't been caught, the changes would not have been needed.
So what about Starr's staff? What about the situation with his staff charging luxury computer bags?
ReplyDeleteStarr knows about the rules. He's the guy that charged a $35 breakfast to his hotel room in Miami.
