  1. ". . .worked at another MCPS school" Substitute teachers are hired to work at a given school on a need basis.
The real question is: Did he have/pass a background check and did he provide three references, and we they contacted?

  2. Pineda had no arrest record prior to working at MCPS schools. Media has checked.

    1. But did he have any schools that had complained about him? MCPS WILL let subs stay in the system even AFTER one school complains about the sub. A sub can be banned from ONE school but still allowed at all the others. It's the old "pass the trash" rule.

    2. I got it. A superintendent also needs to be trained before he can assume his duties.

    3. Starr was highly trained. He was trained by Harvard superintendents program and had his very own mentor that was also a consultant to the Montgomery County BOE.

This is the "training" that our elected BOE considered sufficient. Voters love this. They just voted back in the 3 BOE incumbents that were on the ballot. This is the kind of school system that parents in Montgomery County want.

  3. "Executive Director of the Panasonic Foundation" Do they also also provide surround sound?
But then again, who can argue with the peoples' choice?
