  1. Fine... This is what the BOE wants... someone with little experience that they can push around.

    If they hire him, given his light resume, maybe they could offer him HALF the salary (low $100K).

    If he actually improves MCPS schools (higher test scores, less failing of math finals and fewer sex scandals) maybe he could get a bonus.
