Mr. Joynes' case involving the rape of an Eastern Middle School student is still scheduled for trial.
It would be earthshaking news if there was an absence of a plea agreement.
ReplyDeleteNot hardly. Mr. Joynes has been sitting in a County jail for TWO YEARS on no bail and with not guilty pleas on file. You haven't been following his case at all if you think a plea deal was a given.
