    Solution: Raise taxes and throw in more money.

    Solution: MCPS needs to reduce graduation requirements even further. Who needs math beyond addition and subtraction? Who needs English beyond knowing that a question ends with a question mark? Learn them students the advanced math, such as Algebra I, at Montgomery College.
