  1. I'm "waiting" and "watching" for a response from Jack and Katherine (Jack's taxpayer paid consultant). Hopefully it will be better than, "Some, not all of the children in MCPS are in grave danger." Hopefully Jack won't have any "family matters" to attend to so he can speak to the parents and students of MCPS and tell them EXACTLY what he plans to do to address this situation. Payday was last Friday Jack. You have 2 weeks till you cash in again. Do SOMETHING between now and then.

Raise your hand if you want to see Jack Smith fired for gross incompetence!

Jack, this isn't Mayberry. You are completely overmatched at MCPS. Please resign immediately! I do have one request before you resign, fire your deputy Barney Zuckerman first.

  2. I sent an email to Jack Smith, BOE, County Council and Ike Leggett about all of the sexual abuse going on (thanks to the Parent's coalition for posting it). Here are the great responses I've gotten so far:

I got an even more helpful response from an aide to Ike Leggett. I say helpful because it's good to know she and I are friends. I was unaware I had so many in the county.

    Dear Friend:

Thank you for contacting the Office of the County Executive. Unfortunately, the County Executive does not have jurisdiction over the MCPS' policies and regulations. Dr. Smith and his staff would be the best contact persons regarding this unfortunate incident.

I feel better now. Jack is looking into it (since I met with him personally in 2015) and Ike doesn't have jurisdiction over 1/2 our county budget. That has helped me clarify things, how about you?

    1. The county offices use "division of labor" as a lame excuse to do virtual work for its taxpayers. This tactic permeates all levels and sectors.
