E-mail Reveals Board of Ed. Candidate's "role of the dice" [sic] idea for School Assignments in #MCPS #MCCPTA

Below is an e-mail that was obtained by a parent through a Maryland Public Information Act request for e-mails in the account of former Montgomery County Board Member Jill Ortman-Fouse from September 10, 2018 through September 30, 2018.

Lynne Harris was elected as President of MCCPTA in April of 2017.
At the time of this e-mail, Ms. Harris was the President of MCCPTA.

Ms. Harris is now one of the 13 candidates running for the open At-Large seat on the Montgomery County Board of Education.

    Ms Harris's statement reveals the true agenda is not helping low income people, but punishing those that she believes to be privileged by detaching school assignment from place of residence.
