  1. The application talks about "our facility" yet Crossway doesn't have a facility.

  2. It is unclear why MCPS is considering Crossway as a 'program' when the state and county list it as a private school, therefore should not be considered for the first MoCo Charter School....Bending rules serves no one well, but appears that's the gig with BOE!
