imagine a quarter of the stuff filed EEOC complaints, teachers transfer out and of early in retirement, over 100 parents build an activist group to save the school from an abusive principle who sexually harasses teachers and the school board keeps the principle. would this happen in Bethesda? it seems to happen in Wheaton in an elementary school with 90% minority students.
