Weast Ticked Off by Trailer Troubles

Below is the September 23, 2010, letter that Superintendent Jerry Weast sent to the City of Rockville announcing to them that he would be  placing two classroom trailers (shown in image to left) at College Gardens Elementary school despite the City's failure to issue a permit.
