More than 10 million Americans moved from one county to another during 2008. The map below visualizes those moves. Click on any county to see comings and goings: black lines indicate net inward movement, red lines net outward movement.
I wonder if County Council included this in their forecast for MoCo's future. Many high income people bailing overshadow the few coming in. Since the same bozos were re-elected, I gather the masses aren't paying attention. Too bad for those of us stuck here.

ReplyDeleteWe can always move, too. Fairfax is looking better and better for public schools. not to mention public universities.
