County Executive Ike Leggett's last minute letter to the Board of Education on April 28, 2011, suggesting that the Board of Education "look more closely" at the use of the Rock Creek Hills Local Park for the site for the BCC Cluster Middle School #2. A few hours after this letter was sent to the Board of Education, the Board voted for the Rock Creek Hills Local Park site as their #1 choice for the site of the new BCC middle school.
