Unofficial: Panner and Kauffman in At Large Race

With 229 of 238 precincts reporting, it appears that Morris Panner and Philip Kauffman have made it through the Primary election for the At Large seat on the Board of Education.  One of these candidates will be elected to the At Large seat on the Board of Education in the November General Election.
