Berthiaume out of secret union contracts meetings

Closed meetings to discuss the union contracts?  When?  Where? Minutes?  (Yes, even closed meetings need minutes under the Maryland Open Meetings Act.)

Thank you Laura Berthiaume for once again speaking up about what Open Government SHOULD look like.  

Looks like MCPS under Superintendent Starr is pushing the Board of Education even further away from compliance with the Maryland Open Meetings Act.  Tweet that.
