MCPS: Not #1 in Maryland

Which is why it is best to have, as Starr has proposed, a 3-year moratorium on testing. Then these pesky data-based ratings will go away and we can be Number 1 again!
Yes. See our previous posts on this fact. This was part of the contract with Pearson that the Board of Education signed. Pearson writes the tests for the Pearson curriculum. And, Super Starr eliminated the Terra Nova tests. They are written by a Pearson competitor.
