The sexual abuse charges filed against Joynes in August involve offenses over a period of eight school years at New Hampshire Estates. Much of the alleged abuse took place on school grounds, during the school day, according to court documents.
Joynes is also charged with second-degree rape and other offenses in connection with his alleged abuse of a female student at Eastern Middle School from 1991 to 1993...
