Either DLA Piper got the wrong 'facts" from MCPS, or they are about to be in serious trouble themselves for misrepresenting where the money came from. It will be interesting to find out.
Would the "incident" be when a staff member paid their electric bill using student money? or would the incident be the time that student money was used to pay a traffic citation received by a staff member?
I find it odd that there are (carefully, I assume) no fingerprints on this memo. Exactly who wrote it? And, the memo references an 'ATTACHMENT.' Where is the attachment?
