MCPS Labels Community a Threat in Placement of Cell Towers on Playgrounds .@mcpssuper .@mocoboe #mcps

Yes, that's right. MCPS lists "communities opposition to cell towers" as a Threat to their goal of placing more cell towers on public school playgrounds.  

When exactly did the Board of Education vote to make the placement of cell towers on public school playgrounds a goal? They never did. 

So why is Superintendent Joshua Starr making cell towers a goal and calling public school neighbors threats?
