That's a joke right? BOE members and MCPS administrators have been spending like this for over a decade. The Parents' Coalition has been tracking this spending at the same time that parents are being told to be pay illegal fees for classes because the MCPS budget is so tight. (sniff, sob) Parents have been duped. You can thank the Apple Ballot. In fact, you can thank them on election day.
They need to look closely at charges made by associates and directors. There has been lots of abuse. They disguise it cleverly.
