The BOE is at the Beach! #lobster #surfandturf #expenseaccount

From Board of Education member Christopher Barclay's Twitter feed confirmation that Montgomery County
Board of Education members and staff are in Ocean City this week at the annual BOE party.  This event was
the reason for the lobster and steak dinners revealed in the BOE credit card records.

    I don't get it. Does that mean Barclay has to choose between Steak AND Lobster Tail.... versus Steak OR Lobster Tail?
