I remember him well. He was the person who interviewed staff at Kemp Mill at the end of Floyd Starnes' first year as principal. He heard some awful stories of inappropriate behavior and bullying of staff by Principal Starnes. He covered for him, as did Bronda Mills who was the other central office staff person at the interviews. MCPS, a culture of fear for staff! Good to know that there are school districts out there that won't allow staff to be bullied.
