Cell tower committee violated Open Meetings Act
The Prince
George’s County Telecommunications Transmission Facility Coordinating
Committee violated the Open Meetings Act by not taking meeting minutes
during a meeting in July, according to an opinion by the Maryland Open
Meetings Compliance Board.
The Board’s decision came in response to a complaint filed by a civic advocate who opposes cell phone towers on school grounds...
