  2. These towers should also be mapped by comparison to population. The distribution looks a lot like where the concentrations of population are in MoCo -- around the beltway and along the 355 corridor. Maybe, sometimes, it is possible that planners are not always motivated by evil intent.

Also, WJLA, check the FARMS rate across the whole county. As of 2013, 34% of the entire MCPS enrollment was eligible for FARMS. The W schools are the outliers, with FARMS rates below 10%. Again, not every action can be explained by evil intent.

    1. And you work for which cell tower company?

The facts are very clear in Montgomery County. In affluent neighborhoods cell tower projects for public school playgrounds are STOPPED cold. In neighborhoods with a significant FARMS population the cell towers go up, even if the community objects.

What the ABC7 map did not show is all of the cell towers that have been stopped in the affluent neighborhoods. Whitman High School and Wootton High School, to name just two, both were locations for proposed cell towers. The parents and neighbors stopped those plans.

The Parents' Coalition has been tracking and documenting the location of MCPS cell towers for years. The facts are clear.

You can call it evil, we call it discrimination.
