That principal knows that restraint rather then appropriate response to special medical needs is often the treatment of choice in the county schools. The principal has a very defensive tone in his voice like he is the one being abused. Of course, as he said in this segment, everyone knows families" specifically move to the district" from all over "for their special education program", Could it be the location is appealing tor jobs in Washington, Bethesda etc., or to be located near family or other much more likely reasons? Pathetic and delusional..
