Once those cases came to light last fall, another young
woman came forward saying that Pineda had done the same thing to her
back in 2004. Prosecutors say that incident was never reported to police
and Pineda was simply moved to a different school.
That woman, identified only as "Victim D" spoke outside court after the sentencing."I just want to thank God that finally after all these years...I'm happy that justice was served," she said.
