The following are the top 10 highest-paid lobbyists in Maryland for the first six months of 2015, according to the Maryland State Ethics Commission.

Nicholas Manis, of Manis Canning & Associates: $769,333
Frank Boston III: $688,088

  1. Robert Garagiola, of Alexander & Cleaver: $927,415... This should be criminal... a revolving door policy... so he doesn't get elected and then prostitutes himself by dropping in on his former contacts that he made while acting as a paid "elected official. Why isn't there a 10 year waiting period for this kind of corruption?
