WBAL: Superintendent did not disclose income from 2 side jobs, panel finds
The Baltimore County School Board's Ethics Review Panel has found that
Superintendent Dallas Dance failed to file financial statements about
two jobs he has had on the side.
"Dance will not face discipline because school board policy allows him to correct the financial statements."
Sounds like the perfect loophole to encourage crime. No penalty unless you get caught, and even if caught, the penalty is that he is required to do only what he was supposed to do in the first place.

Procedural loophole?
DeleteAnd there's nothing to stop Dance from doing this again - and again.
