Note the 4-foot wall around the school. or should I say 'compound' at this point. The neighbors must love that! We know the PTA does.
I know the issue of the 4foot wall was brought up at the colocation / round-table meetings... The wall is not around the whole school, just in that one isolated area.
It looks 100' long in the image on this blog if it's the thick red line. What is the purpose of the wall?
