Breaking: Cloverly Elementary aide Sean Kelley arrested for possession of child porn. @ABC7News has been investigating him for months. More on http://wjla.com tonight.
Breaking; Here’s the note Cloverly ES sent to parents about arrest of aide Sean Kelley. pic.twitter.com/2qWKt5vqmi
The letter says he was employed at a daycare that was at Cannon Road ES. But, it doesn't say whether the parents of children at Cannon Road were notified. Usually employees of those daycares are free to roam around the school where they are located. Daycare is usually before and after school.
"These charges are extremely upsetting and distressing. This type of behavior does not reflect the principles of MCPS or our community, and it will not be tolerated." ???
It absolutely reflects the principles of MCPS. As to the community, in the last by-election, about 20% of registered voters bothered to go to the polls. So, I guess it will be tolerated by the community.
All this reflects Mont county, did everyone forget Vigna? The school board and principles are completely at fault for this. The blind and ridiculous people keep electing the same people. They keep people employed, principles and teachers that know of the abuse and hide it.
That's not going to happen. Montgomery County has too many of those officials who live here and do not want to impact their own property values. Same applies to The Washington Post, they refuse to cover much of this issue.
I wonder why the Maryland State Police is in charge?
ReplyDeleteWe're the parents at Cannon Road ES also notified?
ReplyDeleteWere they supposed to be?
DeleteDid you read the letter?

DeleteDid they notify the wrong school?
DeleteShould they be notifying the aide's neighbors as well?

DeleteI take it that "community" encompasses the MD legislature as well.

ReplyDeleteIf this keeps up either the MDSP of the Feds will step in to clean the morass.

DeleteMaybe we should double dare them!
DeleteLove thy neighbor takes a whole new meaning and context.
