NEW: 53yo David Soroka is accused of licking, sucking + smelling a 13yo boy’s feet/toes on 10 occasions.

Police say Soroka took the boy to a spare bedroom at his Rockville home, nicknamed the “room of pain.”

MORE: Soroka has worked for the National Weather Service/NOAA for the last 24 years. He’s currently a meteorologist at the federal agency’s  Silver Spring headquarters.

MORE: Soroka reportedly admitted to doing things to the victim’s feet, and was later recorded on a phone call saying:

“[The victim] and I ended up, what I think, doing something immature and inappropriate.”
