Fri. 1/31/20 MoCo Delegation to Vote on Pay Increase for Adult and Student Board of Ed.

The Montgomery County Delegation will be meeting on Friday, January 31, 2020, at 9:00 AM in Annapolis.  If you can't attend the meeting in person you should be able to watch the livestream of the meeting on the Montgomery County House Delegation Facebook.

The Montgomery County Senators and Delegates will be voting on two bills involving Montgomery County's Board of Education.  One bill involves increasing the compensation paid to Board of Education members, including upping the student member's compensation to $48,000.

The other bill involves giving the Montgomery County Inspector General authority over MCPS.
