- January 2, 2020: A meeting is held at the Montgomery County Executive's office. Included in that meeting are the following people: MCPS Director of Transportation Todd Watkins, Delegate Fraser-Hidalgo and Duncan McIntyre of Highland Electric Fleets.
Various media accounts reference a meeting to introduce Highland Electric to MCPS' Director of Transportation:
