Child charged in Montgomery Co. playground fire

A child has been arrested and charged with setting a fire at a playground in Montgomery County, Maryland, on Sunday.     The kid set a paper bag on fire. The extended damage was caused because the playground was made of 'rubber mulch' aka artificial turf.
