  1. The parents who are upset should either drive their kids to school or learn how to drive a school bus. There is no constitutional requirement for the government to provide school buses.

    1. You realize schools can't accommodate all parents driving their children to school? But maybe you just want to put 100,000 extra cars on the road every morning and afternoon? The public has an interest in efficient transportation for public school students whether or not it is in the constitution.
