Full benefits and pay when these crooks are under investigation. Taxpayers foot a large bill for these criminals to sit at home and continue their behavior. Should have to pay back every cent earned since the first infraction.
Now the media should ask if his new position gives him access to HR records (employee records). Not that they'd get an honest answer from MCPS.
