Self-Proclaimed "Equity Warrior" Starr Spends $5,184 in August '13 Fighting Kids with Disabilities
The above costs do not include the amount of money spent on "internal" lawyers, like Zvi Greismann and Emily Rachlin.
Nor does it include the large sum of money spent on MCPS's so-called "Equity Assurance and Compliance" unit, headed by, yes, another lawyer, plus seven employees. The true cost of Starr's campaign against special needs families needs to take into account the cost of running this unit, in addition to the monthly cost of outside counsel.
Are you feeling the equity yet?
