MCPS says the bidding process was "open and fair".
According to the Memorandum from Superintendent Weast presented to the Board of Education for the January 12, 2009, meeting, one vendor was mailed on this consulting job and two bids were received. The list of bidders and bids has not been made public, nor has the Invitaton to Bid.
The Parents' Coalition invites MCPS to make the documents associated with this procurement public. We would be more than happy to post them on this blog for the public to view.
