The City of Rockville should have its own school system. This is long overdue. There is no reason the taxpayers of Rockville and the school children need to be part of an enormous top-heavy school system, which proudly claims to be the 16th largest school system in the country. The children would be better served by a small school system that focuses on children and parents, and not administration.
