Well if the County officials could follow the Maryland Open Meetings Act they wouldn't give citizens these opportunities.There IS an easy fix.
Nuisance claim being filed by people with wealth to begin with. Yeah, it's worth $100K per claimant out of MCPS funds.
Then stop electing Board of Education members that ignore the Maryland Open Meetings Act. That would put an end to these type of disputes immediately.
