MCPS Would Have Sacked Tebow

Parents in Montgomery County have to be ready to hire a lawyer and fight their public school system for special education services.  The Montgomery County Board of Education has outside law firms on open (no bid) contracts to litigate against any and all families that seek special education services.  How would the Tebow's have fared if they had lived here and enrolled their son in MCPS?

  1. Has there ever been a case where an MCPS parent has had to use a lawyer to get their child help with Dyslexia from the school system? The title of this post seems a little far fetched.
