I was irritated with the lack of specifics. A legal letter with this tone and still no specifics in it as to whether any undue restriction was even in place seemed excessive and potentially expensive given Montgomery;s tendency to launch a full scale assault in response to potential lawsuits.
Kill it if you like. It adds little to the dialog.
