So-Called "Equity Warrior" Starr Spends Money on Lawyers While Failing To Reimburse #RockTerrace Students

It has been several months since parents of current and former students at Rock Terrace School alerted Joshua Starr, Superintendent, that money the students earned as part of their public education program had been taken from them.

Instead of moving promptly to return the money, Joshua Starr has been evasive about when, if ever, MCPS intends to take action to return the students' money. Instead, MCPS and the Board of Education have been happy to spend money on their outside lawyer to tell them what to do about the subpoena request from the Office of the State Attorney:

Here's an idea: how about instead of paying the MCPS lawyer to tell you to comply with requests from the State's Attorney, you put that sum of money in an escrow account for the students who have been ripped off?

And of course, the "Equity Warrior" doesn't hesitate to continue litigating against families of children with disabilities:

But hey: who cares about the little people, anyway?! Much better to charge the taxpayers for an expensive dinner party out of town! How many days do you think the Rock Terrace kids will have to work to pay off THIS bill?

  3. The receipt for the $300 (!) July dinner carries a hand-written annotation that appears to read "DELP Dinner." Hmm... DELP, DELP, DELP... Could that be the "Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP)," which "supports individuals from under-represented identity groups ... to advance into the ranks of leadership... ?" And if it is, which "under-represented identity group" does Dr. Starr belong to – other than persons with a psychopathic sense of self-entitlement?
