More Credit Cards for MCPS Staff!

At today's Board of Education meeting the Board will unanimously approve a new contract for personal credit cards for MCPS staff. (The item is on the Consent Agenda.)  The BOE won't discuss this multi-million dollar expense, won't ask how the credit cards are handed out, and won't ask for any accountability on the use of these cards.

Congratulations to MCPS staff!  Enjoy spending with your new JP Morgan Chase Bank credit cards!

Look at the notation in the BOE agenda.  It pretends as if credit cards handed out to staff don't have an associated cost!  Zero? Not hardly!  More like $6 million a year!
