Another teachable moment, both Raskin and Zirkin fought hard to insert the 7 year gap in Maryland's Person in a Position of Authority - Criminal Law. They both failed and therefore no longer mentioned the bill, SB 460. Instead, when the session was over they touted their work on marijuana, even though SB 460 DID PASS will new protections for children.
