Haven't seen a whole lot of action outa Phil on "rolling back middle school truancy" or "increasing mental health services." The only thing "rolled back" is our tax dollars. The only thing that's "increasing" is Levchenko's, excuse me, Andrews' bank account. Why are we paying him $120,000/year?
