That is MCPS Press Release language. You see that when a reporter just lifts from the press release and uses it as reporting. Not much left in the way of local reporting these days for Montgomery County, so we are probably going to be reading a lot of MCPS press releases as news.
Do they spend anytime in their classrooms?
